If you encounter a bug or any technical issue, we encourage you to report it to us immediately.
Make sure to follow these steps:
1. Replicate the issue several times. Take note of when it happens, and the steps taken before it occurs. If you have another computer, check if the issue happens on both.
2. As much as possible try to record your screen. You may use any screen recording app you are familiar with, but we highly recommend using Loom.
3. Go to the Settings panel > Click on Download Logs
Save the .cspro log file
Include the following information when submitting a trouble ticket:
1. The computer's operating system and specifications
2. The .cspro logs
3. The screen recording of the issue.
4. The entire .cspro project folder
