As a general rule for log-in issues, if your login details work on one computer and not on another, it is most likely a security or network issue.
Usually, there's a firewall or a security app preventing CreateStudio from connecting to certain URLs, or the device has some admin/user restrictions.
In case you get an "Unknown Error" when logging in, you can try doing the following:
1. Disable the computer's firewall temporarily.
2. Check for third-party security software and turn it off OR whitelist CreateStudio in the security app.
Example: Whitelisting CreateStudio in Norton App
3. Run the app as an administrator.
Right-click CS Pro > Run as Administrator
4. If you have done all of the above and you are still unable to log in,
you can try whitelisting CreateStudio Pro URLs on your computer.
See: Whitelisting CS URLs on Your Windows Computer
In some instances, the restriction can be on the local network. There are some WiFi routers with inbuilt security that can restrict your access to certain URLs.
You can try going into your router's GUI** and whitelisting the addresses listed below.
**varies depending on the brand and model
In some workplaces where networks are much more secure and are maintained by an IT team, you may need to contact your administrator to whitelist these addresses:
