How to Create a Circular Progress Bar

 

First, add the Circle shape.

Go to Color > Set the color to transparent using the color slider

Go to Border and set the width to your preference. 

The higher the value is, the thicker the border. In this example, we set it to 50 px.

Set the Opacity to about 30%.

Add the Arc shape on top of the circle. Set it to have the same border width.

Change the arc Start and End Angle to zero (0).

Select the Arc element on the timeline. Click on +Add animation. Under Properties, select Arc 

Drag the animation marker to the end of the shape's duration.

Position the playhead at the end of the animation.

Set the End Angle to 360.

Click on the animation bar and change the animation Easing to Linear.

And now you have a circular progress bar!
